Delete from the web app while signed in.

  1. 01Sign in at the GoQuick web app.
  2. 02Open Profile → Account & Security.
  3. 03Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account.
  4. 04Enter your password. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete from the runner app on your phone.

  1. 01Open the GoQuick runner app and sign in.
  2. 02Go to Profile → Account & Security.
  3. 03Tap Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm.
  4. 04Your account is deleted immediately.

What happens next

    Profile is gone

    Login access, push tokens, and in-app preferences are removed when the account is deleted.

  • 02

    Some records stay

    Errand history, chats, and payments may be kept for a limited time for fraud, disputes, tax, or the law.

    Clear the wallet

    Withdraw balances first where you can. Active errands or disputes can delay deletion until they close.
